RETURN/REFUND POLICY 


Intuition Mentorship Course : 7 Day Money-Back Guarantee 

To be eligible for a refund, the refund must be requested within 7 days from the start date of the course. Refund requests must be emailed to info@mediumfleur.com by the first Friday after the start of the course by 4pm ET to be eligible for the refund. In order to receive the refund, the purchaser must attend at least one session prior to requesting a refund. 

Digital Sales: 

All digital sales, including but not limited to self-paced courses, Soul Meditations Digital (Mp3), Personal Practice Summit Recording, and 10 Minutes to Intuition Journal - Digital version, are final and no refund will be issued. 

Additional non-returnable or refundable items:

* Gift cards

* Readings booked with Fleur that are not rescheduled within the amount of time listed on the purchase agreement. 


Any transfer or bank fees for refunds will be at the customers expense.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
